Wetzel's Pretzels - Feedback

What User likes about Wetzel's Pretzels:
We entered the restaurant just as two large groups had finished their meals, so we weren't expecting excellent customer service. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was quick and attentive, even with the busy crowd, and they had fresh, hot, delicious pretzels ready for us. The pretzels were beautifully crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside—perfectly complemented by a side of mustard. View all feedback.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit today. Normally, this location is known for its good quality and customer service, but that wasn't the case today. I stopped by for a quick after-work snack for my son, and we only ordered one portion of pretzel bites.
