We entered the restaurant just as two large groups had finished their meals, so we weren't expecting excellent customer service. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was quick and attentive, even with the busy crowd, and they had fresh, hot, delicious pretzels ready for us. The pretzels were beautifully crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside—perfectly complemented by a side of mustard. View all feedback.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit today. Normally, this location is known for its good quality and customer service, but that wasn't the case today. I stopped by for a quick after-work snack for my son, and we only ordered one portion of pretzel bites. Came to get something else. mix the menu! ordered a badge of simple brezels with pizza, jalapeño cheddar and cheddar cheese sauce. not the best service. Oh good! paid for the order and left! for the luck the Brezel-Bitz was really good! especially with the Jalapeño-Cheddar sauce. I wish the service would be better! definitely recommend for the taste!
This is my third times coming here. Customer service was horrible as always. It doesn't seem like service will get any better.
Very disappointed they don't speak English lady on the register did not understand what my order was even though she was very polite . After getting my order walked out set on the eating area to enjoy there was a hair in my order that really took the icing on the cake I had to throw away all my order . Will never go again that location sadly to say.
Located right next to the theaters at Riverpark. Decided to order a pretzel before going in the theater to watch a movie. There were 2 staff on duty one making the pretzels and the other at the register. Usually this place is just okay but the last time I visited I ordered a pepperoni jalapeno pretzel and it tasted fresh like fresh off the oven and the love the crunch on the bottom. The portion was large too. If you have a movie ticket the day of purchasing show them the ticket and you will get 10% your order. I was very satisfied.
It's ok.... There are better places. The cheese is too little for the size of the pretzel...
