follow the order to what the customer wants. asked for extra sauce and delivered dry. the pizza was cold when it was delivered and was a bad tasting. called pizza hat back to her Redo order type, the answer was rude and said we need to wait another 60 to 90 minutes for delivery and said, make sure that they give us this pizza back. 2nd delivery. the driver said that many said if we wanted hot pizza, we need to order... I can never get my pizza consistently. One week, it's good , next week, it's just throw together, I don't even think they cooked my cinnamon sticks last time
The order was incorrect. I waited for them to remake it they still got it wrong. The third try pizza was correct, but pizza looked like it wasn't cooked.
Horrible! Pasta was dry with no sauce. Cinni sticks was not cooked all the way. Pizza crust was not the same pan crust I was use to eating. No butter, dry and flat.
We went there for pickup. It takes 20 minutes every time the person says pizza on oven . Please increase your staff or upgrade equipment/process .
Pizza was dry and had very little cheese compared to what I'm familiar with at every other pizza hut. It was the afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. Single topping large pizzas
