Gus Kabobs - Feedback

What Mike Simonian doesn't like about Gus Kabobs:
Called order in at 11:40am, was advised of approx 25 min wait. At 12:25 I was still waiting for my order, was not yet allowed to pay for the order, and had to continually step back into line to inquire as to the order status. The food is amazing, the staff is really sweet. They do get super busy during lunch hour(12-130) so I place my orders ahead of time.
