Many patrons have noted a significant change in both food quality and preparation styles, with some dishes now lacking the bold flavors they remembered. While the space remains inviting and the staff friendly, inconsistent experiences dominate the narrative. Some menu items, like the beef noodle soup, have disappointed due to overly salty broths and pre-made noodles, while others still shine, like the fresh-made vegetable options. Ultimately, this restaurant is viewed as a place of opportunity, balancing nostalgia with new culinary challenges.
I love this restaurant for its delicious noodles in Fresno. The wait time is short, usually under 10 minutes, so you can enjoy your meal quickly. The staff is always helpful with menu choices, especially when I want to try something new. The flavors and service have stayed top-notch throughout the years, making it a great dining choice.
I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered my usual dish, the beef noodle soup, and found it to be inedible due to the overly salty and unfixable broth, even after adding water to it. I used to frequent this place years ago, and this was the worst meal I have ever had here. Food: 1/5
I am amazed by the flavorful dishes at this restaurant! I decided to try the beef LoMein with extra meat and noodles, and I ended up with enough food for the next two days. I was very impressed by the high quality, delicious flavors, and generous portion size. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for affordable and delicious noodles that seem to never end.
The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Smells good in there. The waitress is very kind and helpful. The food here is excellent and the bowl of vegetable soup is delicious. This serving is a lot and will feed two people. A great place to eat lunch or dinner. It's in a good location. There's a gas station on the corner. Another restaurant nearby and a smoke shop in the same parking lot. Walmart is down the street over the Freeway 41 Bridge. I do recommend eating at this place. Especially, if you like or love eating vegetables and eating healthy.
I order the wonton noodle soup when I feel like something warm and yummy, but don't feel like cooking. We also ordered it for my family when everyone was sick, and we've gotten it takeout before too. My old roommate really likes the hot oil wontons, and would save the chili oil to use for other recipes.
