Probably the most amazing breakfast spot in the Tri-Cities. Great food, good value. It 's a bummer there has to be 1 bad apple that makes the experience bad. Have eaten there a few times and there is this 1 young lady with glassed absolutely 10 out of 10 just super service and amazing.....yes here comes the but....But there is a young lady there that clearly is not versed in customer service and almost seems a bit combative and when it 's busy seems to be overwhelmed. Pointing to the outside and saying menu is there when easily she could have just grabbed a menu and handed it to me would have been nicer. I mentioned I knew what I wanted on 1 trip in and she almost seemed offended. Hey I get it when it 's busy a service person is working hard but please put a smile on face and offer things like... please give me a.moment I will be back to take your order Don 't walk away with a scowl. Again amazing food so please eat there it 's a great place just hope you don 't get that 1 server.
