Down Thyme Cafe - Fremont

Great place to enjoy coffee and relax. My son loves ice, so this is a double plus for me: I never had problems when we are there. I've seen some reviews about the coffee that's done wrong. How can flavored coffee be bad?: This could be a great way to try out different things: If customers were not satisfied, I am sure that the management or the staff would have done it right: to work in a customer service myself, I always encourage customers to know if they are not satisfied so that I can solve their problem immediately!: I love to support the city business and it doesn't matter that I have to get my coffee or pay a little more for a quality drink. If I'm pressed for the time, I'll drill a fast food station or a gas station.

Great place! I thought this afternoon was a coffee and had not visited quite a long time and noticed new property. Very nice atmosphere and staff very friendly. Manager very professional and made my beverage order personally, completely personal. I would recommend this coffee shop as a great place to stop and visit if you were in the area of Fremont! Plus!

We've been there since they opened, and we always had great service and great food!! I have never experienced a bad customer service or received subpar food. Keep the good work ladies!!

What a great place!!! I had a lemon bar and a coffee. Between meetings...cute comfortable and very friendly!!! will be back!!!

I've been there during each and ever parade we've had this year not only was the coffee and food good but the service was great as well when it got busy the manager jumped right in rolled up her sleeves and help get the line served in a timely manner and for the wait gave people a small discount for the long wait now I say that's the way it should be job well done!!!!
