The young people working here don't care about the food they serve at all. They throw it together and do a terrible job. The counter they created my food order on was so covered in food scraps I almost left. Then they drag my bowl through it all andhand it to me. So delicious! We got there at 12:37 pm and had our order and paying by 12:55. That's was considering the line was all the way back through the dining area. Only think is I wish they would have better seats! Those wooden seats are slanted and very uncomfortable. Makes it hard to enjoy your mean. It's so busy and the staff works so hard but they really should be having one person cleaning tables for those disrespectful customers who leave all their garbage behind, and make sure napkins etc are filled. Napkins were out and luck we found some on the table we sat at. Also, they need a line for people who just want to order a beer or drink but have another cash register for those people. Even though they don't have to stand in line, the employee still has to ring him up and that still means when I'm next, I'm not really next!

What a disaster. I heard so many people complainingas I ate.
I ordered online and The purpose is to save time. But always waste time. Completed online orders are placed behind the cashier.I stood about 2 feet face to the cashier for 10min without anyone asking me for any help. I don?t understand there are 2-3 peoplein the back kitchen and they made us wait for more than 30 mins. I understand it is a long line and the staff is busy? But whynot put ready-made online orders on the shelf for self-pickup like other stores. Orders not made in time? Why not tell thecustomers to come at a later time? And what?s the point of ordering a pick-up but ending up even slower than queueing in person?every time I come to pick up food will get the same issues. on Labour day dinner time they locked the door at 6:45 pm becauseTheir main ingredients white rice and black beans are sold out.WTH Chipotle on Mowry is terrible, This is the only location withthe worst service ever.
Staff is a bit slow with new recruits. Food is good and lot of parking place. There is enough seating area for a lotta customers.
