Was Chris W at Bing's Dumplings Miàn Xiāng a mag?
Been getting into more dumplings recently: XLB, Empanadas, and potstickers are my go to. We also got the noodle soup here. Bing's was a delicious experience and spin on things. Excited to try other food options in the Fremont South Bay AreaService was quick and the area was cozy. View all feedback.
What Justin Case dislikes about Bing's Dumplings Miàn Xiāng:
Honestly the dumplings are mediocre. They look much better than they taste. Things that look pan fried and crispy are actually just soggy, like someone reheated them. My air fryer does better cooking frozen dumplings. The xiao long bao is decent. The only redeeming thing is the noodles are long and chewy. Bonus: we saw a worker drop three frozen dumplings on the floor and then put it back into the container of uncook... View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant with a group of four during lunchtime, and we waited about five minutes to be seated. The server gives you a menu to mark your chosen dishes, which you return to them when you're ready to order. The food is decent, but I would rate it as just good—great for locals, but not worth a special trip for. That said, it still satisfies your needs. If you enjoy the spicy cucumbers from Din Tai Fung, you won't find anything similar here.
I ordered custard buns, potstickers, chicken and cabbage dumplings, and soup dumplings. The food was outstanding, and the service was quick. The prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely be back!
Clean, simple, delicious traditional Chinese cuisine/noodle shop (although I don't think these are homemade noodles.) good edgy and oil on the table for the preferences of their taste. hot tee is served free of charge. short menu with the necessary things. this is a good alternative, while din ding dumplings is closed.
This restaurant offers clean, straightforward, and delicious traditional Chinese cuisine, operating as a noodle shop (though I suspect the noodles aren't made in-house). The table is stocked with good vinegar and oil to suit your taste. They also serve hot tea at no additional cost. The menu is concise, focusing on the essential dishes you crave. This is a great option while Din Ding Dumplings is closed.
