99% Tea House - Fremont

The food was delicious, but the staff didn’t adhere to their posted hours. We arrived on time only to be told that they were already closed, even though the "open" sign was still illuminated and it was during their stated hours. This is not acceptable for customers. We traveled all the way from Pleasanton for this experience. Very disappointing!

For the price, the drink portions are quite generous. I ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea, which was fantastic—not overly sweet and very flavorful. As an introvert, I appreciated the kiosk available for ordering drinks.

The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of drinks and exceptional service. As soon as you walk in, you are warmly greeted. They got my order perfect, and the drinks were absolutely delicious. Food: 5/5.

I’ve tried the tiger sugar milk here before, and it’s fantastic—just like the classic brown sugar boba served at many places around here. It’s sweet and comes with warm boba. My personal favorite from this spot is definitely the sesame puff (with boba). It has a rich and creamy sesame flavor, topped with some kind of cream. This place ranks as one of my favorite boba shops in the local Fremont, Union City, and Hayward areas. The service is quick and the boba milk drinks are delicious. Highly recommended!
