Basically, only come here if you've turned up at the wrong time on Sunday, and the crowds at New Moon, Northbridge Chinese, Dragon Palace etc are too long! Its ok but there's much better available elsewhere. View all feedback.
I only visit this restaurant occasionally, usually on Sundays when they're less busy. The wait times at places like New Moon, Northbridge Chinese, and Dragon Palace can be too long. The food here is decent, but I've had better meals at other restaurants in different locations.
The dim sum with BBQ pork lacked flavor, with black meat in a dark, greasy sauce that was essentially all fat. The chicken bones were tasteless and there was no other aroma present. The spring rolls were deep fried too many times, resulting in a heavy aftertaste and poor quality. Overall, the food was not worth the price paid.
When visiting Fremantle, it is essential to stop by the Fremantle Markets, especially on the weekends. The markets offer a unique glimpse into the cultural life of the locals, with a variety of food options available. While there are traditional pub foods and multicultural dishes like Moroccan sausage rolls and French crepes, the majority of eateries are Asian, reflecting Australia's Asian influence. We discovered a cluster of Asian restaurants near the market, offering Chinese, Thai, Indian, and Vietnamese cuisine. As a fan of dim sum, we opted for Hong Kong Dim Sum and were delighted by the freshness of the ingredients and the generous portions. The prices were reasonable, making it a perfect choice for a satisfying meal after exploring the Fremantle Markets. If you find yourself craving dim sum in Fremantle, this restaurant is a must-visit.

Dim sum with BBQ pork - no flavour. Pork in black bean sauce - essentially pork fat. Chicken dim sum - ground chicken bones with no other flavourings. Spring rolls - deep fried ten times. Thumbs down for taste and quality. Thumbs up for price.
