Auch die Qualität der Speisen litt nicht darunter, das spricht für die gut organisierte Küche. Originell und sehr schmackhaft waren die Pangasius-Wirzroulade mit Kräuterrahm und grünem Spargel und die feine Karotten-Ingwersuppe. Auch im Hauptgang gab es nichts zu meckern: Schweinelendebraten mit Zwetschge im Kräuterjus. Das Dessert bestand aus vielen liebevoll zubereiteten kleinen Delikatessen.Das Ried ist schon länger kein Geheimtipp mehr. Reservieren!
