Waited 10 minutes for the food, burgers and chicken were on the tray from the first minute, so they were cold when eaten. Fries were warm but soggy, even though they were freshly prepared. The restroom smells absurd, worse than a public restroom, dirty, full of urine and dirt. Question the management...

We ordered through Just Eat/Liferando, and nothing arrived, even after more than an hour. We tried calling, but no one answered. We then went to the restaurant and complained. The staff were very rude, laughing at us and rolling their eyes. When we finally received our order, the wrong products were included, and the burgers were simply ridiculous. The fries were cold, and the chicken wings were still raw inside. Truly awful. I will never order from there again.

For example, despite notifying us that a burger was missing, they would deliver it (and then it didn't arrive). This was the last time I'll order from KFC, which is a shame; I was a regular customer.
