Rössle - Freiberg am Neckar

After a long abstinence, it's time I came back to you. I still live, but come to test for professional and private stress at the moment and so I didn't have much opportunity to test restaurants. the 50. Birthday of a very good known (actually almost more family members, quasi an assumed sister) and the associated journey to the Swedish lantern was a welcome opportunity to act again gastronomic. the celebration was in benningen, I have quarters in freiberg. very close to my hotel was the guest house at the rössle, the food offer addressed me so in. it is quite central in Freiberg, parking there was not so many (I could walk from my hotel). You have to climb up a staircase, so unfortunately it is not accessible. Service: I was kindly greeted, I could choose a table, get my card and was asked for my drink. When the drink came, I could get rid of my order of food. There's nothing special here. It is worth mentioning, however, that I was told where that was brought to eat, that if the sauce would not suffice me, I could get more. I think I'm nice. Service a total of 4 stars. Eat: the offer is positiw manageable. It seems to be a specialty here, you see that the cook was already excellent for him. In addition, various meat dishes, where I chose the carving with pepper sauce and pommes. there were two sizes offered and here I went the tactical mistake to decide for the big part. After a reasonable time I got the food, also distributed 3 ships. in a dish a neat portion of pommes, a sauce with pepper sauce (with very many peppercorns) and a dish with a huge portion of meat. the carving was really nice and self-pancertified, the meat on the right point and good quality. the sauce was also good (also with many peppercorns, but for me as a pepperhead was right). I had a great effort to make it, but it was delicious, and the smash says, as known, better distributed to the likes than those we give. would only cost 13.50 instead of 17.50. Salat wasn't there, but I didn't miss it. ambietne: divided. it is a beautiful room with glass front and in view of the city, but it was occupied by a group. the gaststube was tied, finally a conservative guest room, as you often see it, was mixed in a bit and style (both through the enlargement over time) 3.5 stars, where you do not take too much importance into account here. Cleanliness: it was all recognizable clean no speciality I can mention. not visited. plv: a lot of food for the money, so what the food is worth the called money, especially if you have the current costs in the rear head. The long journey has been worth it. delicious food,the maul bags were excellent and the service was very friendly.: also the other dishes were really super delicious.We like to come back.

The rooms, cleanliness and personal are excellent.

I was just there to eat, so I can't rate the room.The service was very nice.I had the Swiss sausage salad with extra bratkartoffeln. the bratkartoffel were really great. the sausage salad was unfortunately only ok because what dressing tasted like the broth in the glass. with proper dressing would also be this top.The portions nicely large and the price quite appropriate.Everything in all of me high.Come again gladly.
