Contribute FeedbackNestled in Freeville, NY, this unpretentious eatery surprises diners with its extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality, making it an unexpected gem. While some menu items, like the scallop and shrimp vodka, receive high praise, inconsistencies in dishes such as pizza and appetizers have been noted. Pricing concerns arise, as customers often find discrepancies between menu listings and final totals. Service can vary, with occasional order cancellations and lengthy waits. Despite these issues, many diners appreciate the restaurant's commitment to fresh, homemade meals and the excellent catering options, making it a worthwhile choice for food lovers and those seeking genuine local cuisine.
Excellent food! Wouldn't blame you for walking in and walking straight back out again. The seats are hard, (so bring a cushion), and the decor is not exactly welcoming, but if you can forgive all that, the food and service is fantastic! A good selection of homemade foods, and the baklava is to die for!
The exterior may not be impressive, but the food at this restaurant is amazing. The service is also very friendly.
The restaurant frequently cancels delivery orders if they do not meet their standards. Customers should anticipate waiting 20-30 minutes before receiving confirmation on whether their order will be fulfilled.
Food was good, no complaints; the prices however do not match what's shown on their website. Was only like $10 more than I figured, but I was surprised by my total at pick up
I recently had the best bread at this restaurant. The main dish of pasta was excellent. The appetizer was just okay (the clams were a bit too lemony and slightly overcooked). However, the Scallop and Shrimp Vodka was incredible. The cheese in the pasta was absolutely amazing.
