Smoke - Freer

Service was lackadaisical. We went up to order, but no one asked if they could help. Went to the bar to get a beer to go with our cue and the bartender was so busy talking to a friend, she couldn't be attentive to our draws. Food was mediocre (for those of us who are Texas barbecue aficionados) but the sauce was good. The sauce made the barbecue. The building itself was cool and huge they certainly have space enough for multiple private parties.

Amazing BBQ! Homemade BBQ sauce that has just the right amount of spices. Lean brisket, and burgers did not skip on taste! Thick patties and not a burger full of grease like most burger places. Mac n cheese is homemade and a gooey bowl of heaven. Like grandma makes homemade. The potato salad is the best I've had! It had capers and mustard seed that just made it! If they ask you for desert, just say yes and order peach cobbler!! Warm, homemade and served with ice cream on top that melts into the cake/bread. We left pleasantly surprised and content. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Great food! Just stopped by for a late lunch fish tacos were on point! Brisket sandwich n giant homemade cheeseburgers were fabulous! My 12 year old daughter said the burger was better than Whataburger...high praise there! Stacy Salinas took care of us...great service n great food!

Excellent food and great service. A good selection couldn’t decide what to order. I had chicken fajitas burrito and my husband had a double bacon cheeseburger. So much food had leftovers for dinner.

We left deer lease headed to south padre and we stopped in at SMOKE the chips and salsa were very yummy!! And the burgers w/onion strips were one of the best! prices are very fair!! It is a bar and grill cool place inside and food was very good!!
