What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered two strawberry cream cheesecakes and was kept waiting while the server claimed they didn't know how to make them, even though there were boxes of them in the closet. I requested a refund, and the manager came out and made me sign a form, insisting that they had some in the back and it would be a 10-15 minute wait. It is a mcdonald’s. that in the box is better than that in the jacksonsee. that in freeport is quite great. Never had bad food or something like the others in one. Moreover, the workers on the one in the jacksonsee are sometimes rude (except the morning shift they are beautiful)
The BEST taste of cajun home cooking in this entire area
Just over this location. If you can't let a lane order for 4 of the others car lane...or get a burger right... more than 17 tiny fries in an order(aand usually soggy!!! So frustrating.I will say... the people are polite.Maybe need a professional re-train
When this location gets better ? here employees are really garbage …and food also. i don’t understand how they still there… omg…and this company pays these employees…. lolhow stupid organization is ..
Ordered a McRib. They sent it cut in half on a quarter pounder bun. Cheeseburgers was ice cold and fries stale.
