Marias Pizza - Freeport

My wife and I dined at Maria for the first time yesterday, and it was definitely worth the visit. The food quality is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the ambiance is clean. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. This gem has been around all along! Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!

This is definitely the best pizza in the city! The only downside is that they seem to be closed half the time when we want to go!

Hats off to Maria's! You did an incredible job! I was certain we would have to wait a long time for our pizza since it was your opening night, but we got in and out in under an hour, and the pizza was fantastic! I can't wait to come back!

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time! However, there was quite a bit of noise coming from the employees in the back room, which was noticeable and happened on four different occasions. I do feel for the staff, as many of them are younger high school students. Despite the noise, it’s a place you must try if you’re in the area, and it’s very affordable too!

My husband and I were feeling hungry. He wanted to go to Subway, but I was craving something different. When we found out that Subway was closed, I was secretly relieved, as I was honestly tired of the same old cold cuts and salad in my sandwiches. Don’t get me wrong—I enjoy sandwiches and occasionally love a good Subway, but my husband can eat the same thing every day, and I mean literally! As he drove, I started suggesting alternatives like pizza or something entirely different, but I soon remembered the limited options in our area. Eventually, he settled on KFC for dinner. I didn’t feel like cooking, nor was I particularly keen on KFC chicken. Then I remembered I had some vouchers! So we quickly turned around. Although I didn’t want the pizza we had already ordered from our new favorite place, I decided we should give it another shot. When we left KFC, something caught my eye—a pizza with three toppings. After my husband asked a few questions and we checked the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the details we received. The sight of our order—pizza, wings, and Maria's sauce—looked enticing. We ended up ordering Maria's pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The whole experience was delightful. I don’t know if we will return tomorrow, as the cashier joked, but we will definitely be back. Thank you for your patience, the helpful information, kindness, and the overall fantastic meal!
