I called and Morena said when I order aga... read more I ordered yesterday yuca and cheese (no onions) and a 2lt pepsi. I received my food as I asked but got a can of pepsi. I called and Morena said when I order again, call, and they will add the 2lt soda…today I did as she said…I called, after putting my order in with ubereats…the lady I spoke too said fine she will add to my order…well I didn’t get the soda my food has onions when I said no onions…I call and all I heard was excuses…ubereats charges to much money for some yuca and cheese for the restaurant to get wrong twice in a row….doesn’t matter how you put your order in these ppl do what they want. I will never order there again…they could keep their onions and pepsi cause I’m not dealing with them anymore….same with pollo campero…..the nerve of these companies getting orders wrong. I recommend NO DISH.

I ordered two orders of Mangu with different sides and 1/2 baked chicken with rice and beans. For starters, the mangu was disgustingly thick and not smashed well as there were huge chunks of plantains in it. It was supposed to come with two eggs and only came with one, so I ended up cooking more eggs to replace, and I asked for extra cheese instead of salami and they still sent salami. Then, instead of sending me half a baked chicken, they sent me pollo guisado. I just don't get it. Somebody was reading it as they added the onions to the mangu, but obviously not well enough. Entire order wrong! This was a $50 dollar order, and Uber only refunded a portion of it so this is upsetting. Never ordering from here again!
