I visited this place almost every morning for the last 20 plus years. I have seen owners and employees come and go, but for the last year or so I can say that the customer service has significantly improved. The night team, in particular Tom, is polite and responsive to the needs of customers. I visited this place almost every morning for the last 20 plus years. I have seen owners and employees come and go, but for the last year or so I can say that the customer service has significantly improved. The night team, in particular Tom, is polite and responsive to the needs of customers. Tom always greets its customers with a good morning in English or Spanish, and with a smile so that you feel welcome. I tried the other shops in the area, but this is by far my favorite because of its friendly staff, and of course fresh coffee and treats that help me start the day on the right way. Keep the good work and service!
