No one knows how to make coffee there. The beans are watered down. An employee had to come to the window to ask me how to make it. I was so confused. I think it’s family owned, but they should definitely think of starting a different business because nothing tastes like Dunkin in there. Went to pickup a pre order and literally saw (presumably) the owner from behind the food prep area pick up doughnuts out the case with bare hands and then proceed to lick all of his fingers. when he greeted me I was uphaled at the sight I had just seen and he proceeded to touch items in the customer pickup area. I wouldn't be surprised if he does stuff like that all the time.
Terrible customer service, I come in on Christmas to give them my drink back since it was incorrect. I had to then go back twice since they charged me $1 for no ice and did not refund me my full amount. As I am there explaining the situation a younger Hispanic who said his name is Jacob chimes in and says “wow all this for $1” and starts to make rude and distasteful comments. Mind you he is an EMPLOYEE and the manager is right there. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning.
Worst dunkin ever. Lack of customer service. Bad attitudes.
Drive thru was painfully slow today, order wasn't ready when I approached the window. Coffee was good, service not so much .
They nickel n dime you for everything. Toast your bagel? That’s 50 cents. Add flavor to your coffee? 30 cents! Just go to the next closest Dunkin location n they’re a lot more friendly and cost reasonable.
