Terrible customer service, I come in on Christmas to give them my drink back since it was incorrect. I had to then go back twice since they charged me $1 for no ice and did not refund me my full amount. As I am there explaining the situation a younger Hispanic who said his name is Jacob chimes in and says “wow all this for $1” and starts to make rude and distasteful comments. Mind you he is an EMPLOYEE and the manager is right there. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning.
When I came on 12/15/23 the worker at the drive-thru was rude in taking our order and handing the order over. The worker was very rude and rushing to take our order. While placing the order he had rushed us to “hurry up” because he said they closed soon even though the store didn’t close for another 20 minutes. Yes, it may have been close to close, but I had barley been able to get thru my first order before the worker said to “hurry up we bouta close”. That was very unnecessary and uncalled for
Numerous repeat chances we've been so patient but this is it... again reheated bagels like a dog chew toy, no butter even literally almost completely dry EVERY single time it's absurd. Horrible place and they have that part consistent. SUCH a shame since we gave it a chance soooo many times...mostly they miss it and it's basic food service but worst yet food quality. See them going out of business ?
