My husband and I had a wonderful experience this morning with the staff. Rob, one of the employees at this location, took such great care of us. Our food was perfect, and he always has a great attitude and spirit when serving us. He's one of the reasons why we keep coming View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I didn't receive my second item, which cost 29 cents, when I used the scanner. When I informed the staff member who was assisting me, she seemed displeased. She was quite busy and was somewhat impolite when she handed me the Oreo Mint shake I had ordered and claimed it cost more than 29 cents. No friendly greeting and my sandwich was burned at the edges
This Mc Donalds is always great.. everything is always hot and fresh.

The food was good, but the server was too preoccupied to give proper attention to the customers. Unfortunately, it seemed like they were understaffed, but that's no excuse for poor customer service.
McDonald's is always a reliable choice for a good meal, but their customer service could use some improvement.
