Thai Noodle - Fredericton

The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the spring rolls. However, the spring rolls were a bit too greasy. The service could be improved as the waitress had difficulty understanding our order.

The restaurant has renamed itself to Number One Noodle, but still under the same ownership and serving delicious food.

How delightful it was to enjoy some authentic pho, even though it was slightly mild.

I've eaten here a few times and I always get the same thing-- rare beef phoI haven't ventured much further into the menu, probably won't.
