We both had the chef's table. 6 courses of absolute excellence. The chef takes the time to understand your dislikes, and ensures they do not end up on your plate and spoiling the experience. The food was absolutely fantastic. From the dill pickled-asparagus, the smoked oyster caeser, the lime-celery sorbet, to the mains (shrimp, elk), nothing was spared.
