Olivia, the bartender, was fantastic! She is knowledgeable, hardworking, personable, and very friendly. I'm glad I asked for her recommendations. The drinks and cocktail menu are outstanding! I tried the Southside Shake and the Dream of New Brunswick, both of which were delicious. My meal from the Pickle Jar was mostly good, though the Veggie Burger was not to my taste due to the patty and lack of condiments. However, the Pimento Cheese Dip was delightful, despite being served with too many grilled pitas. The house salad with corn and cranberries was perfect. I usually don't have dessert, but the Pink Lemonade Cheesecake with strawberries and blueberries was scrumptious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the great service, cocktails, appetizers, tapas, and desserts.

I visited this restaurant with a hotel-style atmosphere expecting a typical hotel experience with staff, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bartender was attentive and the other staff members were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. Lalit, the bartender, was amazing and made me feel very welcome.

This bar/cocktail lounge in Fredericton has the best atmosphere. The bartender Hari is top-notch, with experience from luxury hotels in Dubai. The food is fabulous and the cocktails are great. While some items may be a bit pricey, standard drinks like gin and tonic, beer, and wine are reasonably priced. Don't be scared off by the intense cocktail menu and prices - they are definitely worth it.

Staff provided our large party with some of the best service and recommendations. The staff have a high level of expert knowledge of their bar products and menu selection. The staff were great but the food was even better. Fresh ingredients with new flavors every time we’ve dined. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Southside Shake!

Enjoyed a wonderful meal sitting of the protected patio. Food was great. I would recommend the poutine and soup. Delicious! The interior is updated and very comfort. Serve was great.
