Huge huge shoutout to the worker at Papa John's tonight. They were super super busy and it had been an hour since we placed the order. He answered the phone and went out of his way to get the delivery to us. I wish I would've had something to tip him with when he showed up. Thank you so so much. I am giving a two-star rating primarily due to the customer service we received when we called about a poorly made pizza that did not meet our requests. Fortunately, they offered us a few options to fix the order. View all feedback.
My account was charged twice at this restaurant, and now I have to wait to receive a refund for the money that was taken from me.
There was barely any barbecue sauce in the Create Your Own Papadia.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and satisfying.
I spent over $50 on food and my kid was missing Cheesesticks for supper.
We always order our pizza from Papa John's! After completing a survey and mentioning that our last pizza wasn't up to their usual standard, the store emailed us and gave us our order for free. The re-made pizza was just as delicious as we've come to expect. Such a great place!
