I asked for a remake of a pizza done wrong, asked for BBQ sauce and received regular tomato sauce (I'm allergic). It was refused to have delivered the right pizza to my house, even the original pizzas offered in exchange with the lady you ordered on the jump, so we can't do anything. Apparently, the pizzeria representative had asked to ask a similar complaint that said that the pizzas were made wrong, were not their problem because they did not make the pizzas, and the lady had the gall to hang on it mid sentence. Worst customer service that I've heard for a long time feels open as the lady on the phone has to end her job or stop answering the phone if she's handling a problem as easy as replacing a pizza.

This is the second time that I have tried to order online on the app, and as soon as I finish my order and click on Order I get constant connection mistakes, try again tried several times, then abandoned... ordered by Pizzahütte....AND no connection mistakes on their app. Very frustrating. Last time I had to place the store xall to place the order, then call the manager to add the points to my account. Not worth the trouble!

We ordered a large three-topping pizza....toppings were spicy and pizza was dry and cooked over. For a $30 pizza you would expect a better quality and taste. Do not waste your money, you can make a better tasting pizza from the frozen grocery store for under $5.00

I ordered to skip the dishes before they closed, but they did not make my order and so I wait for 2 hours and then got a refund that I need to wait 5-10 working days to come back. So **** you. This happened on 9. July 2019 at 10:30 am

People were telling me to try this pizza place. Well I did. The tomato sauce is terrible. I could not eat the pizza which is pretty bad. I will not go back.
