I had a great experience here in harveys uptown. it took a little longer than usual, but it was because they only put fresh hairs down. the manager felt bad, apologized, and updated my pommes free to poutine. the burgers and poutins were 100% fresh and tasted super. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Harvey's:
the drive-thru service is slow at this point. also this place is confused whether they give scene points or not. the location of harvey in the city is much faster and gives/ takes scene points View all feedback.
Terribly slow drive through. Faster to drive all the way to Prospect street.
They wont update their kid menu price outside on the menu.
A very good service. Last week the milk shaker was broken. this week they do not serve milkshakes. even you are on the menu in the laufwerk thru. lady was rude to never go back.
The meat tastes like cardboard but the staff are great and the concept of creating your own burger is great I just wish they would use better quality hamburger. I Could buy this meat at Walmart in a box.
Took almost 20 minutes for 3 poutines and a hotdog. There was no one in front of us in the drive thru and the restaurant was closed. 2 of the pops were just carbonated water, and one poutine had no cheese curds. Was still tasty but if its going to take that long it should at least be all done right.
