Western Edge - Fredericksburg

Wonderful atmosphere and food! We had the four cheese Crab Dip, Billie Burger, Lobster Mac

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. I ordered the rosemary lemon chicken with sautéed spinach and a roll, while my partner ordered the quail. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is unsure of where to eat. I had no regrets about choosing this place. The service was fast and attentive, the bathrooms were clean and available, and there wasn't a long wait time on Thursday, even an hour before closing at 9pm. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

Beautiful food, amazing atmosphere, excellent music! Five stars! We were hungry in Luckenbach, so a couple told us to come to West Edge. We're so happy! This will definitely be a new meeting place when we come to Fredericksburg!

The food and drinks at this restaurant were fantastic! The manager, Ryan, provided great service. Despite being very busy, he still took the time to crack jokes and make our visit perfect. The outdoor seating was beautiful, with heaters and wind blockers to combat the cold and wind. The Sam Whiskey band playing made the atmosphere even better, with great music and plenty of room to dance. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again!

We wanted some small bites after shopping found this place. The hummus was so-so but the veggies were okay The bacon wrapped dates were good the iced tea was perfect.
