mcdonald? terrible management, absolutely disrespectful! this manager called me, the app has messed up my order, and instead of the manager reasonable and understanding, she said?am what they want me to do!? we don't control the app, we? just buy orders!? terrible! View all feedback.
I'm just traveling through. I ordered through the McDonald's App When I arrived it was dark out but I thought there was a car at the drive thru speaker so I hit arrived. When I pulled up the man said they had closed due to no one showing up. He was so kindand patient with me and made the food I ordered despite not having any employees show up for their shift. It was all correct andhe never once showed frustration even though I imagine he was probably pretty darn frustrated with everything going on. Ipersonally would be. I regret not catching his name but I think he was a manager but he was amazing. I wish he was at my localMcDonald's. If by some small chance you see this. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I appreciate you.
This McDonald's is a hit and miss. Some employees just don't take the time to do things well. I ordered a mango, pineapple smoothie it tasted more like the slushy (i.e. not good). It's worth it to go a couple miles out of the way to the next closestand get exactly what I want.
I had my big truck that dragged a car and couldn't fit into the drive it was late, I was really hungry had a long trip, I just wanted a vanilla ice cream coffee and a big mac. So I made the line to foot. park my truck so they could see why I did. manager in layer marcia come to see us. She was okay with it, and she told us to leave. that she had to take the car behind us. I told her I made the line and I pay for my own food. just like they do. then she closes the window and said for her safety that I had to leave. I just wanted a vanilla coffee. really bad customer service. it wasn't busy at all. we had only one car behind us. once again really bad customer service. a manager success is to serve the customer and make customers happy. for the return of the customer. for manager who are not willing to give it the best. is better for her to stay home. thanks. att. a hungry customer
They were quick! I don't have a lot of time to get lunch, and I didn't have to wait long for service, even in the drive through.
The drive through staff is unfriendly and rushed us. My mother ordered a cup of coffee and when she asked for a fresh cup she was given an attitude. After we parked we waited almost 10 minutes before having to remind them we were waiting and given a cup of coffee
