Perfect Pollo Peruvian Tex-mex

Delicious charcoal chicken and other Peruvian dishes. I noticed that they also added some Tex-Mex elements to the menu, but they haven't tried yet. During my last visit I had the wings, and enjoyed the taste and preparation reminded of the chicken you expect. I also tried the Aroz chaufa, and it was useful, but felt that the taste could be improved.

As much as I was excited to try, I was disappointed. I ordered all the Peruvian chicken with pommes and guess what it was cold. I returned it and they gave me another (warm) but it was still the same, so I ended to leave with it. When I came home with the food, I saw that the chicken was still pink. Long story short I had terrible experiences. The only thing that's beautiful is her outdoor area that's pretty.

Enough to find Peruvian chicken on our way of travel. And perfect pollen Peruvian and Tex mex not disappointed. Restaurant was clean, comfortable with many beautiful pictures. Service was friendly and fast. Many people come to take, but plenty of seats for din in the guests. The food was on site! I wish we lived closer.

OMG the carburized wings. Always friendly, always amazing food, but today I tried her wings with buffalo flavor and it's not a sauce that she's out of a tub. Nothing's here. Your buffalo sauce is perfect. Only the right amount of heat for a classic buffalo wing, but the sauce has a touch of rosemary and I think something thyme. It's magic on these fired wings. Try them, they're amazing, and you get a bunch.

The staff were friendly. We ordered three burritos. Two came to the table after a longer wait than one would expect then the third came 10 minutes after that! They were mediocre. I was surprised there was no hot sauce anywhere to found at the restaurant. Unbelievable. I would not return to this place.
