Fujiya House Japanese Steak Sushi

What an incredible experience! We visited yesterday, and I ordered the sashimi mania, which included 17-21 pieces of assorted sashimi, along with sunomono salad, two orders of mackerel, and an order of uni. From the moment the food arrived, I knew it would be exceptional. The presentation of the sushi was unmatched compared to any other place I've tried since moving to Northern Virginia. As I enjoyed the sashimi, it was clear that the fish was incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. I can't express enough how impressed we were with this restaurant. Whether you're in the mood for sushi or teppanyaki, this is definitely the place to go—truly the best in the Fredericksburg, VA area!

Wow, this food is soooo fresh, seriously I ordered ahituna, rare and literally tasted the ocean with every bite, the steak was tender, the lobster perfectly cooked (not tough) and the chef was amazingly talented, by far the best tappanyaki I've had, check out my photos for more on this place, or just go, you won't be dissatisfied!

Arrive early or be prepared to wait. This small hibachi restaurant is outstanding. I really enjoyed both the entertainment and the food. I had the filet, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The service was also excellent. Everything was fantastic! I plan to visit often, and they offer a military discount as well.

The servers were absolutely amazing—down-to-earth and very friendly. The food was incredible as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about how much we love it here. my wife didn't eat sushi from anywhere else. I hope the cook never leaves or I will never eat sushi again. it's just the only cook she likes, sometimes the waiting staff might be a little nicer, but unlike eating it is great. hibachi chefs are always friendly and upbeat.
