I simply asked if the avocado that was going in my bowl was ripe and was answered with and attitude and was asked to reexplain what a RIPE avocado is like 4 or 5 times. Please do better. I literally just wanted a soft avocado in my bowl.

The second time we went the cashier was rude and disrespectful, she practically threw the food at us. The person next to us noticed as well. The food was great, but refuse to go to a place with rude customer service.

But online order is such a hassle. We order from here fairly regularly.. tonight we ordered delivery via their app and only received half the order. There have been times we order the other app for pick up, pull away from thewindow check your bag and you?re missing multiple items from your order. Direct phone number to the store it?s just a messageand if you want to speak to somebody it goes to some random voicemail box that sounds like a cell phone. Despite put the factthat the food is good, I think we?re done with Cava unless we?re actually going to the restaurant. It?s just not worth thehassle.

And the fact that i was giving the ends of lettuce, was fun . Who in the culinary world puts that in the pot to be eatin. Also my freepita is often forgotten, food is good tho, but its a hastle to me everytime.
