Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Fredericksburg

We found a hair in the chicken pasta. It was removed from the bill.

I took my mother for her first visit for her Birthday; even though her food was cooked to perfection and my filet was overcooked and I was offered to redo but I declined because I wanted to eat at the same time and did not wish to wait any longer. This was not my first visit and never had an issue until then.

Cosmo, deviled eggs and salads were all good. Steak had good flavor on the outside, but unfortunately it was over cooked. The manager was kind enough to take it off my bill. Nice atmosphere, though a little loud. Server was very attentive.

Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Service was great too!

The food was excellent, and the service was good too. We enjoyed the strawberry salad and the Colorado chicken salad. The only issue we faced was the sun shining directly in our faces. When we asked the waitress about moving to the shade, she mentioned that we had to adjust it ourselves, which wasn't really possible since another family was seated there. We just dealt with it, but some tinted windows might be a good idea.
