However, recent reviews reveal a growing concern over inconsistent food quality and chaotic drive-through logistics. Some patrons expressed disappointment with both the service and the restaurant's emphasis on efficiency over family-friendly features. While many appreciate the friendly staff and quick service, others have experienced order inaccuracies and long wait times. Despite these challenges, loyal customers still cherish the brand’s offerings, hoping for improvements in service and consistency that will restore their faith in the once-beloved establishment.
I always enjoy Chick-fil-A. The service and food are great. However, I am not a fan of their drive-through layout. It can feel cramped, especially when it's busy, and you're trying to leave after already eating. It can be difficult to maneuver.
I am disappointed that Chick-fil-A seems to prioritize using their playground as storage space over accommodating families. The customer service was awful and it makes me wonder what has happened to this once beloved restaurant. It feels like they have lost their desire to serve quality food and provide excellent customer service. I see no reason to choose them over a quick meal at McDonald's. I hope they can turn things around soon.
I used to order 2 gallons of sweet tea every week from the location in Central Park, but it is now closed. Last Friday, I went to your location and waited several minutes for my order, while others behind me were served. When everyone else had been served and I asked about my order, the girl said she was getting it now-15 minutes later. Unfortunately, I discovered on Sunday that one of the gallons had gone bad, and last night I found out the other gallon had gone bad as well. I have bought tea from other locations that has lasted at least 2 weeks, so it is obvious that you are not making fresh tea every day. I will not be returning to this location due to the poor service and quality of food.
This place has gone down hill. For me that us. I can't talk for anyone else. Nuggets are never cooked the same. Over cook or under cook. Been going here for over 5 years and is getti g worse. The parking lot is hell on earth. The drive thru makes it inpossible to get out of the parking area if you go in for food. I used to go here 2 or 3 times a week, now once or twice a month.Better check you food twice make so you have the correct order. More the once we keep getting the wrong order a d that's notgood 20 minutes later when you at the house pulling wrong food ou the bags. Chicken sandwiches are always cook correctly.
Was having a anxious morning and because of it, I was not thinking all that straight. Order the incorrect item and didn't notice until I got to the window. Ms. Monica at the pick up window was not only very friendly and gave me my first smile of themorning, she helped me without question. Thabk you Ms. Monica! Love it here! Always great service.
