The chicken patty was consistently tender throughout, and they really loaded it with sauce without skimping like some other places do. Plus, they make their own ranch and blue cheese, which was a delightful surprise. I didn’t expect to love the sauces as much as I did!

The wings and sides are fantastic, but the customer service on most Friday and Saturday nights (prime time) is disappointing. My recommendation? Wait until Sunday, late morning or early afternoon. I've never had any issues on Sundays. Friday and Saturday nights are a chaotic experience 9 out of 10 times. Sure, you could go next door to Il Forno, where the customer service is consistently good, but their wing flavors are all pretty similar, with far fewer options, and none of them are spicy. Always double-check your order before you leave, as there's a high chance they’ll forget something.
