On my last visit, all employees were working on driv... read more I've tried several times and I've finally given up. Orders are wrong, service is slow, and prices are high. On my last visit, all employees were working on drive thru and Uber orders, and no one would wait on me to take my order even though I stood patiently at the counter. Employees walked by in slow motion like zombies, clearly not interested in what they were doing. When someone finally walked over, they asked if I had ordered ahead, and when I said no, they walked away. I gave up and went elsewhere. I'm throwing in the towel on this place.

I don't usually go in on things but I absolutely am--I was so pumped to get a Wendy's close by but this is the worst fast food stop I've ever been to (and shame... read more I don't usually go in on things but I absolutely am--I was so pumped to get a Wendy's close by but this is the worst fast food stop I've ever been to (and shame on me for continuing to try). EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go through the drive through, an employeeis eating before I hand them my card. It's the same two people. A young caucasian dude with glasses and a scratchy looking neckbeard and a middle aged AA woman. Neither of them speaks or welcomes you, they just eat food, swipe your card, and do not giveyou a receipt. The one good employee is a young, thin guy. He's always friendly and the food is right with him. Anyone else?Even the food is wrong! It's soggy, old, sometimes undercooked. I get that working in fast food sucks, I've done it. Butjeeeeeze louise man. This place is absolutely brutal. Please, don't let your employees eat before handling the payment. Itmakes it feel like the entire restaurant is dirty and people don't wash their hands. And if they don't have the time to eat on abreak...then shame on Wendy's for not giving them a break. Idk man, the best way to describe it is brutal. I've tried making itwork here but this is an awfully run establishment. Don't come here.

Order again today and explain the issue from before andended up with 2 sandwiches the same way it was messed up before with 1 slice of bacon added... How can you possibly mess up asimple order of a Baconator 3 times in 1 week? Plus nobody ever answers the phone or returns messages
