On my last visit, all employees were working on driv... read more I've tried several times and I've finally given up. Orders are wrong, service is slow, and prices are high. On my last visit, all employees were working on drive thru and Uber orders, and no one would wait on me to take my order even though I stood patiently at the counter. Employees walked by in slow motion like zombies, clearly not interested in what they were doing. When someone finally walked over, they asked if I had ordered ahead, and when I said no, they walked away. I gave up and went elsewhere. I'm throwing in the towel on this place.

Order again today and explain the issue from before andended up with 2 sandwiches the same way it was messed up before with 1 slice of bacon added... How can you possibly mess up asimple order of a Baconator 3 times in 1 week? Plus nobody ever answers the phone or returns messages

I have never been spoken to so rudely byanyone over an intercom. Tried to call the store to speak to a manager and the phone just rang endlessly forever. Well thank youJosh for helping me pick a much better option for my dinner tonight. Being from Texas never heard of or had Sheetz and am soglad I got to try it! Gotta go leave them 5 star review now for outstanding friendly Service! Josh if you hate your job QUITSTOP TAKING IT OUT ON EVERYONE ELSE!
