My new favorite restaurant, best meal I've had in a very long time. Every single bite was amazing, tried 3 things on the menu and will be going back to try everything else. Super fast service too
Super flavorful food that totally hit the spot! The spring rolls were fantastic and the panang curry was creamy and perfect. Would definitely come back for more!
We ordered takeout and the drunken noodles were fantastic, with just the right level of spiciness and an array of delicious flavors. They were definitely better than other Thai restaurants in Frederick. We also tried the dumplings, pad Thai, and the brown sugar milk tea, all of which were excellent. To our surprise, they even included a complimentary order of crispy wontons as an appetizer! I would highly recommend this place.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. There’s a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate and craving. The chicken curry puffs were both flavorful and fresh, while the crispy basil chicken is ideal for those who enjoy spicy and bold flavors. The volcano shrimp has a delightful sweet and spicy kick, and it was perfectly crispy and fresh. I was also impressed with the service; the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in explaining each dish, as it was my first visit. The food was warm and comforting, making you want to order one of everything! I will definitely return!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The hostess was incredibly rude and outright refused to accept my reservation, claiming that they don’t take reservations. When I mentioned that many other places do, she didn’t seem to care.
BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I’ve never been to a restaurant where the staff collaborates so effectively to ensure all the tables are well taken care of. It made everything so much...
I am giving this place an average rating because the food is incredibly spicy! I usually enjoy medium spice, but what I ordered was way beyond that…

Sumittra has great food and very friendly staff. If you are in Fredrick, MD you should stop by and try them.
This is the best Thai food I've experienced in the Frederick area. The waitstaff are excellent, the food is fresh, and the menu offers a nice variety without being too overwhelming.
All six of us enjoyed the food, and we each tried different dishes! We will definitely be back.
An extremely unique spin to traditional Thai dishes. Very refreshing menu ideas. Food was fresh clean and extremely tasty. The drink menu (cocktail) was equally refreshing and unique.
