After expressing her frustration and mentioning that she would speak to the manager, the woman switched to speaking English. This situation was quite unsettling. I recommend ensuring that staff members are proficient in English and capable of understanding customers.

I knocked on the window, and a lady who spoke Spanish informed me that they were already closed for the night. There was an 8x11 sign on the window stating their hours as Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM. I'm starting to feel like that information was misleading. The sign should clearly reflect the actual closing time.

It seemed she believed my order would be ready at 5, even though it clearly stated 4. Having only one employee in an American store who doesn’t speak English is unacceptable. In my opinion, this reflects very poorly on customer service.
