While the staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic, overall it’s a fantastic local Subway!

I was supposed to receive three footlong subs, but instead, I got three 6-inch ones, none of which had the correct... read more I ordered a pick-up and everything was wrong. I was supposed to receive three footlong subs, but instead, I got three 6-inch ones, none of which had the correct ingredients or were toasted. I also didn’t receive my meatball sub. When I brought this up to the employee behind the counter, their response was, “I can’t magically make it right.” I placed this order on March 5, 2021, at 4:45 PM. I’m not asking for a miracle, just for you to fix the mistakes. If you can’t handle making a sandwich, perhaps it’s time to find a different job.

When I ordered my sandwich, I realized they only included half of the ingredients I had requested, and I had to ask for more. The staff seemed frustrated, even though I was the only customer there at the time. To add to my dissatisfaction, they don’t accept coupons, which I learned applies to both this location and the one on 7th Street. I've visited the 7th Street location three times, and each time has been marked by poor customer service. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the management at both locations.

This location definitely needs to retrain its staff on how to properly prepare a wrap. The employee I dealt with carelessly got sauce all over the place and didn’t follow the instructions. The whole experience was quite messy, and my wrap fell apart completely while I was trying to eat it. I ultimately had to toss it and missed my lunch. I’m really frustrated and disappointed. What a letdown!
