**Subway: A Mixed Experience Worth Considering** Subway continues to offer a variety of fresh options at fair prices, but recent visits reveal inconsistencies in service and food quality. Customers have expressed frustration over language barriers leading to miscommunication, poorly executed orders, and insufficient attention to detail—such as underbaked bread and incorrectly prepared drinks. While some staff members provide commendable service, including apologies for mistakes, a lack of overall customer care seems prevalent. Despite these issues, Subway still holds promise, especially if employees can enhance their approach to service and ensure orders are handled meticulously. Be prepared to navigate peak lunch hours for a classic experience.

Fast service every time little to no waiting in line.

I've only been to this Subway a few times, and on two occasions, they completely ruined my sandwich by adding way too much of the condiments. The last time, I requested buffalo sauce and ranch on my pita bread, but they put so much sauce that it was literally seeping through the bread. No exaggeration— it was more like a soup than a sandwich! Since I was in a hurry, I didn’t complain. Before that, I had to have them throw out the whole sandwich and make a new one because it was overly drenched in mustard. There's another Subway just a short distance away in the same parking lot as Burger King, and I recommend going to that one instead. This location, despite being convenient in Walmart, could really use some onsite training from Subway's corporate team.

All in all, Subway restaurants are good. You get exactly what you ordered, no surprises, and the prices are fair. Be careful of the lunch crowd- you may feel like you are being squeezed thru on a conveyor belt.

I was at the Subway last night (Wed, 8/31) if I could give ZERO Stars I would! Worst Subway EVER! ! There were 3 of us we all had a taste for one of the new subs they have been advertising on TV. We were at Walmart 20 minutes before Subway closes. Iasked for #3 The Monster #4 Supreme Meats also a Spicy Italian. First, the girl had NO clue what was on the new sandwiches. When I said the name number, she asked what kind of meat we wanted on each one. The Spicy Italian confuses me because I lovean Italian sub but this only has Salami Pepperoni on it. After we told her the meat that came on the new subs, she then asksabout toppings. She literally put 3 slices of Tomatoes 4 pieces of Onion on the Supreme Meats. ON A WHOLE SUB! I used to eatSubway all the time but never from the store in Walmart. The #3 is basicly a cheesesteak with grilled peppers, onions, bacon a sauce. I never got any peppers or onions. The subs were terrible, totally ruined the hype we had for subs. I'm including picsso you can see how little meat they had.

Used to be a good place to go to eat. But today I ordered a white bread foot long and the bread didn?t even looked baked that well. The guy didn?t even cut the sandwich in half and then wrapped it very poorly. I also asked for a strawberry lemonade buthe gave me a regular lemonade and I asked if it was a strawberry lemonade and he just said ?oh? and went back and put a coupleof drops of the syrup in there and gave it to us. No ?sorry? or ?have a nice day?. I?m honestly very disappointed, it wouldhonestly be a good place if employees tried to do their jobs better and act like they care. I understand if you make one mistakebut to have the bread under baked, not cut, poorly wrapped, and my lemonade messed up with no ?I?m sorry? or ?have a nice day?is very unpleasant. Last time I went here I had asked for my sandwich to be cold and not warmed up because I just wanted thesalami and cheese on there cold. Instead I think the lady thought I said ?chipotle sauce? for some reason and started putting iton my sub. When I said that?s not what I asked for she was at least nice enough to make another and apologize and tell me tohave a nice day. That?s what it should be like if you make a mistake in front of a customer, not just say ?oh? like the boy haddone.
