The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and efficient. We were in a rush, so I was thrilled with how quickly I received my drink and could continue on our journey! The iced shaken espresso with salted caramel cream cold foam was absolutely delicious. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Not too long ago, I did a mobile with lite ice, and got ice filled to the top. Recently, got the brown sugar shaken espresso. Picture shows what is on the SB website, and this is what my sister brought home from my mobile. I did not even taste espresso. I had tipped $2 upfront but took it back later. I really enjoy the staff and the atmosphere at this restaurant. The place is usually clean and there is not usually a long wait. However, there have been instances where my drinks were not made correctly. For example, when I ordered an iced peach green tea with extra peach, there was no peach juice concentrate in it. I usually do not like to ask for my drink to be remade, but in this case I did and they declined. Instead, they gave me peach juice concentrate in a separate cup to add in myself. Although I understood their reasoning, I was a little disappointed. Overall, I have had no issues with the service, but there have been times when my requested peach juice was missing from my drink. The dine-in experience was satisfactory, with a meal costing between $1 - $10 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 3, and the atmosphere a 5.
