Natalie is fantastic, fulfilling every request with such pleasure. Her polite and charming personality is truly refreshing. I always leave (whether through the drive-thru or dining in) with a smile twice as big.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese for my friend and paid. nadia brought the bagel and with a attitude like I should know that they had no cream cheese, said they were out of him. I was like “I would not have ordered this if I had known it” because my friend has autism and refuses to eat bagels without spread. I asked for butter and she rolled her eyes, went away and came back with all others commanding, never gave me butter and shined me every time she died. I just finished the bagel and went to mcdonalds to order something for my friend that they would actually eat. some may think I'm small, but I'm myself a barista, the way she acted, isn't how to act dieucks baristas.

Despite it... read more The food and drinks at this restaurant are just average. The customer service is severely lacking, with all of the staff appearing unwilling to help. Despite its convenient location, I only go there out of necessity and try to order quickly to avoid dealing with the pretentious employees. I hope they can improve their service, especially when it comes to international orders.

I think COVID brought this place down to its lowest breaking point and they are still trying to swim above the water. The manager of this location yelled at my wife to not touch her. My wife accidentally bumped her arm while trying to grab a napkin. I feel like that situation should have been handled a lot differently . A store manager should not yell at a customer who accidentally bumped there arm trying to get a napkin. The world we live in now is insane . That is not the only problem we have ever run into. The drinks are consistently badly made and the lines through the drive thru at one point were almost 30 minutes long. Now the line is always empty . It goes to show people always remember how you treated them in the worst time and blamed COVID. I really hope this Starbucks can get their act together.
