The staff working today were very friendly, and I look forward to visiting this Sheetz location regularly in the future.

There were two guys working who I hadn't seen before, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. As a supervisor, I appreciate seeing employees have fun, but it... read more There were two guys working who I hadn't seen before, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. As a supervisor, I appreciate seeing employees have fun, but it shouldn't come at the expense of getting the job done. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my order tonight. They usually do a good job, but this was not their best effort. It also didn’t surprise me that the manager present was someone I’ve had issues with before regarding wrong orders and refunds. He seems unsure of what he’s doing. In the past, when I asked for a refund, he just gave me random change from the drawer. Typically, I avoid coming in when he’s on shift, but since I placed a mobile order tonight, I wasn’t aware of who was working. I guess that was my mistake.

Not only is it conveniently placed. But the staff is always kind and considerate, even at 1am with a rowdy hotel crowd. Busy or slow I've seen staff time and time again facilitate a happy customer experience. Including observing amember of the kitchen staff walk out onto the floor and assist an elderly customer with the MTO screens. That doesn't happen atevery gas station. 5 stars ????

When I met Gage I was a flower quickly fading A wave tossed in the ocean A vapor in the wind He caught me when Iwas falling And reminded me who I am Out of all the voices calling out to me, his was the voice of truth I was damn near emptyhanded Halfway into a pit of despair Struggling under the morbid weight of the shadows He held out his hand and met methere Where would I be without him? And what would become of the rest of us? He was the voice in the chaos Calling me out in thedead of night Fighting my battles with me This is my rescue story He lifted me up from the ashes Carried my soul from death tolife Brought me from the abyss to glory I've heard it said that men are haunted by the vastness of eternity. And so we askourselves: will our actions echo across the centuries? Will strangers hear our names long after we are gone, and wonder who wewere, how bravely we fought, how fiercely we loved? I don't give credence to anyone that was fortunate enough to make even the briefest of acquaintances, encountering any obstruction, in mind or in heart, that could impede recollections of theirgenerosity, their empathy, or their wit. They are the kind of folks that would see your sin, look on you with love, and helpyou rise again. They have given me a benevolence I thought was long gone after the war.
