Roy Rogers - Frederick

I love Roy Roger's but they disappeared in my area. I can honestly say the fried chicken was spot on. Until I went to Frederick Community College to teach Asian cooking did I find a Roy Roger's. It was exactly what I remembered but better. The staff was professional and courteous and the premises was perfectly clean!

The staff at this location are incredibly kind and friendly. They offer amazing chocolate shakes that aren't too sweet—just perfect!

I was really craving a chicken sandwich, but after the first bite, I quickly set that aside. The fried chicken was fresh, with perfectly crispy skin and juicy meat—definitely some of the best fried chicken I've had in a long time. The fries were also fresh and crispy, and the usual Old Bay seasoning was available at the condiment bar. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh as well. While they didn't have the new soda machine we enjoy, the classic options were all present. The place was clean, well-lit, and the staff at the counter were friendly. I would definitely come back, but I would skip the chicken sandwich next time.

I had a fantastic experience at this fast food restaurant. The manager and front staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. The entire place, including the restrooms, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The restaurant looked great, and the food was just as impressive. We enjoyed both dinner and dessert, and everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Although I haven't visited many Roy Rogers locations, this has easily been one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. I would highly recommend this particular restaurant to anyone seeking an affordable meal for themselves or their family.
