I no longer will eat at this location until they replace their soda machine. When I drink my coke with lunch I like it to taste like coke not like 10 different flavors mixed into one.
Gavin is such an outstanding employee, courteous, efficient and makes certain everyone gets the right order. So polite!! The food of course is amazing, but wanted to give a shout out to this front line guy who is destinted for greatness!
Roy Rogers is a small chain, and I stopped by while working in the area. Over two weeks, I tried both breakfast and lunch items. The menu reflects the western theme associated with Roy Rogers. The food was served hot and appropriately, and while it was good, it wasn’t exceptional. Prices were average and typical for the market, and the menu offerings were fairly standard. The facilities were clean and decorated in a typical style. Service quality varied depending on the time of day; mornings were slower due to fewer staff, resulting in longer wait times. Aside from the western theme, there’s little to distinguish Roy Rogers from other similar places. This is somewhat disappointing to me, as I lived near Victorville, CA, in the 1990s and knew Roy Rogers personally—my mother and Dale were friends before his passing.
Was in the area while on a hiking trip. This was the best Roy Rogers I've ever been to in my 40 plus years. I grew up with one on my route to school, so we have a long history with happy memories. I truly thank this location for another happy memory!
The food was good but the customer service was even better. The machine for grape soda was out and they replaced it so I could have grape soda. And the woman who took my order Shakara was wonderful. I never had Roy's before so she masterfully guided me through the options and even informed me that I would need to ask for toppings and sauces separately since they don't come on the burger by default. She even went the extra mile to put ketchup on my burger herself when I explained that I did not w
