**Roasthouse: A Hidden Gem in Frederick's Culinary Scene**
Nestled in a cozy setting, Roasthouse invites diners with its vibrant atmosphere and extensive craft beer selection. While the acclaimed burgers shine as a standout feature, experiences can vary with dishes; some diners rave about the blackened fish tacos and inventive sandwiches, while others find certain flavors overwhelming. The attentive staff and lively ambiance, highlighted by live music, create an enjoyable dining experience. However, limited parking can pose a challenge. Despite mixed reviews, Roasthouse remains a beloved spot for quality food and drink for locals and visitors alike seeking a casual dining adventure in Frederick.

Cozy Atmosphere and Craft Beer Good Selection of unique beers on tap. Happy Hour is $2 off draft beer, but ends at 6pm. Sit at the bar, in booths, or outside. Fitful menu. I enjoyed the crabcake sandwich and a side salad. Wifi available. Attentive service. One negative for me is the limited parking. Park in front and you are backing out nearly into a four-lane 40 mph road. Even pulling out straight, be wary of speedi... View all feedback.
What Adolphus Jast dislikes about Roasthouse Pub:
This is a very small restaurant and there was a band playing, you couldn’t hold a conversation, because it was way too loud. They do have a very nice beer selection, and even tells you when the tap is low. The food… was just ok. I got the Brie and avocado sandwich. There was way too much flavorings going on. I couldn’t taste the Brie, there were very sour apples on it, the avocado or dressing was straight lemon, then... View all feedback.

Wow. From the city and wanted a good burger. Don't look. This picturesque place is an unexpected hole in the wall. Decor upbeat. Bartender/Server was great. We had the signature Roasthouse Burger, Jalapenos on the side. One of the best burgers I had in time. Definitely worth the trek.
Best salad can be found in a brewery or in a fine restaurant. Beer selection is wide and high quality. Say hello to Ingrid when you stop. She's greatFood: 5/5
I'm a little late in this review. I ate here with my father in November and I was so happy with the food! I ordered a burger and my father ordered salmon. The quality of the ingredients was very good and the presentation was phenomenal. Our service was very nice and the waitress answered all my questions happy. She was attentive and I didn't have to wait long for our meals, fill up water or dessert. The pub is small and I didn't know what to expect when we got in. The quality of food, service and presentation was very well done, so it was a happy surprise.
Great food and fabulous service! Has a juicy and cozy atmosphere. We will definitely return.

This is a lively and inviting spot with an intimate atmosphere, complemented by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The creative boards displaying the beers on tap are a highlight, offering various pouring sizes to choose from. You can even see which kegs are currently being used and what’s coming next. The beer selection is extensive and excellent, with something for everyone. The food menu is impressively diverse and features fantastic options, especially their renowned burgers. The crab dip, which can be topped with goat cheese, was absolutely delicious. In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, the corned beef was abundant and delightful. The ambiance is bright and cheerful, and the decor is stylishly arranged. Frederick boasts a vibrant beer scene, and this place is definitely worth a visit.
This restaurant offers sophisticated bar fare along with an impressive selection of draft beers, all in a relaxed atmosphere. Their burgers are impeccable, and all the sides and appetizers are delicious, making them perfect companions for a cold beer! I appreciate that they have an elevated menu while still maintaining a casual vibe. Plus, their kids' menu is excellent too!
I've been coming here since the first time they opened. I love this place. Food and service both arw amazing. Sorry, I didn't take pictures of my food this time. Experience it yourself, you'll love it. Ingrid was awesome and lover her service and hospitality.
Such a cute and homey restaurant! It feels like you’re going to a relatives house while they put on an elaborate meal to impress you. The attention to detail stand out. The food is like an art and everything is so thought out. The charcuterie board is YUM!! Also, amazing crab dip!!
