I enjoyed my lunch today at Red Robin. I celebrated my grandson's birthday. The food I ate was delicious. It was a salad. I would recommend you eat there.
The burgers used to be bigger. We were seated and waited longer than expected in a seemingly empty restaurant. While I still enjoy the food, it's not as tasty as it used to be.
The restaurant is decent. The food is good. However, the payment system is annoying. The service is good, but the waiter asked me if I wanted french fries before I even ordered and suggested a salad for dessert. Overall confusing experience.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. It takes forever to place an order and even longer to receive your food. Meanwhile, other people come in after you and are seated and served much more quickly. Furthermore, if you do manage to wait long enough to get your food, it is often served cold.

The food came out really fast and the service was good.
I particularly enjoyed the Wedgie burger, which was cooked medium just as I had asked. The side salad was also a generous portion. My server was attentive, refilled my drink, and checked on me multiple times throughout the meal.
This restaurant is like a high-end version of McDonald's. The slightly higher prices give you the opportunity to indulge in unlimited fries, which is a nice perk for the value. Stick to the burgers though, as other menu items may not be as satisfying. Overall, it's a good option for affordable dining.
Love it!. Best burgers in town. They're huge and you definitely get a great portion for the amount of you're spending. It can get a little crowded at times, but they're pretty good about getting guests in and out. The food comes out very quickly for the most part. Every staff member that I've ever spoken to at the restaurant has been very friendly. The bottomless fries are excellent! My favorite items are definitely the Whiskey River BBQ burger and the Chicken Caprese. If you don't know what to order, definitely try one of those and I assure you'll be satisfied!
This place still seems to be packed on weekends and it's incredibly noisy. There's a large menu and in 3 visits we've had some good, some very average choices. Most sandwiches and the cheeseburger were very good. Turkey burger was bad. Steak fries are all you can eat and pretty good. Sweet potato fries were bad and cost extra. Very thin and got cold and rubbery fast. Service was very good, but it's so noisy and then add backround music and the servers have to yell to be heard. It's impossible to carry on a conversation at your table.

Unbelievable! We sat at a table waiting for service for 15 minutes. Not one, not two, but FOUR tables came after us and were served while not one person...
This place should not be in operation. Your feet shouldn't hang on the carpet. Everything was sticky. The floors were black and sticky.
Overall, we have had decent experiences here. However, the last visit was rough. They employed a very poor service system of one waiter and a bunch of runners. We ended up waiting over 35 minutes just to pay our check. Food was good, but that ruined the dinner. Waiter was doing his best, just overwhelmed.
Good for big groups with children. Healthy food selection. Eating is coming out quickly. Good dessert
Just ordered two burgers from here got home and had literally eight tepid, sitting in the warmer french fries in each box. We should have went inside and eaten our food, at least the fries would have been hot and it would have been a basket of them! Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. I would not give these cold french fries to my dog. Have not eaten here in a while and probably will not eat here anytime soon. Called to complain and spoke to a manager , sorry I 'll comp some of it, is what she said!! I would give zero stars if I could!!! Ugh
