Reviews summary
PIGS BBQ delivers thoughtful, high-quality barbecue with generous portions and polished catering. Brisket, smoked chicken and pork shoulder shine alongside sides like collard greens, jalapeño cornbread and house pickles. The bar offers beers, cocktails and TV-lined seating for a lively, friendly atmosphere. Catering for weddings impresses with professional staff, full rentals and complimentary tastings. Minor negatives: occasional A/C problems, a small craft-beer list, heavy cheese on nachos and sauced ribs some prefer drier. Overall, dependable, flavorful comfort food ideal for events and casual nights out.

We chose PIGS BBQ for our wedding catering, and it was an excellent decision! Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, the PIGS team was professional and coordinated perfectly with all other vendors. They were attentive to both my husband and me all day, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour menu and grilled food all night! Thank you, Lisa and the PIGS team!
The food at Pigs BBQ is absolutely outstanding! I was so excited to start eating that I completely forgot to snap a photo of my dish. Everything on the menu is a great choice. We always leave completely satisfied and usually have leftovers to take home!
The owner's brother greeted me and served me with a friendly attitude and excellent service. I visited during the slow period between lunch and dinner and was initially concerned about the freshness of the food. I ordered the pork shoulder and loaded potato salad. The dish was impressive, accompanied by jalapeño cornbread and freshly made pickles. The pork was hot, juicy, and lean. Although the potato salad was a bit rich, everything else was flawless. I highly recommend this place!
The hardest part about working with PIGS BBQ was narrowing down our menu because every meat, side, and sauce was incredibly delicious! We highly recommend the brisket and smoked chicken, served alongside chilled green beans, roasted potatoes, and a seasonal salad. The portions were so generous that all our guests left full, with plenty of leftovers to spare. Unlike other weddings we've attended where food ran out and guests went hungry, that was never a concern with PIGS. Our guests also praised both the quality of the dinner and the cocktails. The catering staff was impeccably dressed and skillfully handled the food service, glassware, and cocktail hour. A particularly thoughtful gesture was their attention to ensuring my wife and I had enough to eat—something often missed at weddings. Even during our photo session between cocktail hour and dinner, they made sure our plates were replenished when we returned to the reception. Another plus was that PIGS didn’t charge for the tasting, which set them apart from other caterers. Overall, PIGS BBQ delivered outstanding value, made wedding planning easier, and helped make our special day truly memorable!

PIGS is a fantastic option for a wedding caterer! At first my wife was skeptical of barbeque for our wedding however, PIGS brings both highly professional staff and options that are more refined than a backyard BBQ. PIGS handled all our table setting, glassware, equipment rentals, including chairs, simplifying our vendor management! The hardest part about working with PIGS isselecting your menu! The meat, sides, and sauces are so good that its takes time to select your menu. All our food wasdelicious, we highly recommend the brisket and smoked chicken with the cold green beans, roasted potatoes, and seasonal salad.PIGS brings so much food that everyone is well fed and there were plenty of leftovers. At other weddings we?ve attended thereisn?t enough food and folks are hungry, this will not be the case with PIGS. We had multiple guests complimenting our dinner andcocktail food. The catering staff is dressed professionally and were on top of managing the food, glassware, and cocktail hour. One nice touch, the staff personally made sure my wife and I had plenty to eat (which we?ve heard is a common mistake). We didphotos between the cocktail hour and dinner and he made sure we had full plates of food upon returning to the reception. Finally, PIGS didn?t charge us for the tasting which was another nice benefit compared to other vendors. Overall, PIGS wasexceptional value that simplified planning our wedding and made for a great day!

Owner?s brother greeted me and waited on me. He was friendly and gave outstanding service. I dined during the ?dead time? between lunch and dinner and was leery of the food being fresh. Ordered the pork shoulder and the loaded potato salad. Such animpressive plate, served with Jalapeño corn bread, fresh-made pickles, etc. The pork was hot and juicy, not fatty. The potatosalad was a bit too heavy; however, everything else was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this establishment!
The food was fresh and delish from start to finish. The coleslaw was homemade with a hint of dill pickles. The flounder was meaty, moist with a crispy exterior along with the devil eggs with bacon bits. I would give this place more than 5 stars. Highlyrecommend this hidden gem.
