Pho Ever - Frederick

Great new restaurant inside H Mart. The pho and other Vietnamese food gives a nice extra variety to the food court.

Placed a to go order. They had me ready to go then they told me they had to remake my order. I got home and instead of 2 orders of summer rolls we had one order of something with only tofu, lettuce and vermicelli noodles wrapped in rice paper with a side of hoisin sauce. Not what I ordered and not even on the menu. Definitely not worth $10.50. The broth for my pho was flat and bland.

Gave me raw meet with my pho take out. Called them back and they said “nothing what we can do about it, you needed to cook it by yourself, we are not cooking meet here”

The beef pad Thai I ordered was $14. I found the pad thai head absolutely no heat to it, meaning it not spicy at all!? And I would say overall it had a strong vinegar flavor to it. This tasted more like fried rice than pad Thai. No peanuts flavor to it at all, no peanuts and it had minced eggs fried in with it.?? Edible, yes, but not Pad Thai. Sorry they missed the mark on this one. I probably would not eat here again from pho ever.

I had the spicy beef soup which is actually Bun Bo Hue, it was very good and my wife also tried it and it is one of her favorites and she also liked it very much.My wife had a papaya salad and I finished it for her it was a very good size serving and very tasty.
